Very Good Stay, Plus EXCELLENT Dinner Buffet!
Well-maintained room, and superlative customer service! Our room was recently renovated with granite counter tops in the bath sink area, new tub/shower, commode and tile. First-class bedding with 4 pillows on each bed. We needed a minor repair of the door, and a maintenance person was available within 15 mins. Every front-desk person was very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable about the local area, and info important to tourists (also, in-house tour arrangement). Pair of computers for checking email. Convenience shop for snacks and miscellaneous goods. Housekeeping was equally courteous and responsive. Special thx to “L” for her kind assistance with extending our stay. The crowning touch is their (overlooked) dinner buffet, directed by head chef Preston. It is a very small AYCE buffet, but of high quality, with astounding 5-star (truly!) entrees – beef, chicken, pork, and tilapia, all four every night, and at least one each of a fresh vegetable, fresh potato, and noodle side. Our 2nd visit had a melt-in-your-mouth “smothered pork loin” of which I deliberately over-indulged. This dinner is very reasonable at $18+drink, and you don’t have to leave the hotel! Kindly remember to tip Melvin and his associate – very courteous servers. All in all, an amazing hotel, operated at a 5-star level; WONDERFUL! If we return to Orlando, we’ll return here (and we hope all these excellent factors are maintained).
Couldn’t ask for a better stay
They had everything we needed. The hotel has a great location. They are in walking distance to stores and restaurants and close to the parks. The grounds are well kept. The rooms were very clean and kept up. One of the easiest check in ever! Thank you! I will stay here again. They are way under priced I feel. This was a great find. We checked in on nov 24th. The check in staff was so nice. We had a car so didn’t use the bus. We did eat at the bar which was ok. Good for a quick eat. We also got the breakfast buffet that had everything I like in breakfast – all the basics. And! The ac was great in the room. That is a big plus for me.
Will definitely stay again. Thank you Clarion.
